Musqueam Lands Department held a Band Member vote to consider the Interim Spousal Property Law Thursday, November 27, 2014 in Musqueam Community Centre Gym by secret ballot.

 

We will now go to Council for a 3rd legislative reading and once the Musqueam Land Code is deemed operational the Musqueam Interim Spousal Property Law will come into effect as a Musqueam Law.

 

Please be advised the “Draft Musqueam Interim Spousal Property Law” is available for release to Band Members.
